I ordered from oasisaquashop.com and the whole delivery process was easy. The tracking came through quickly, and my order showed up in just a couple of days. Everything was packed properly and arrived without any issues. Nothing over the top, just a smooth experience, and I’d be happy to order again.

I found their fish care guide really easy to follow, and it definitely helped me feel more confident taking care of my fish. The advice was clear and practical, which I appreciated. I do wish they’d included a few more photos, but overall it was a solid resource.

The fish food eventually showed up, but it took way too long to get here. I get that delays can happen, but a simple update would’ve made a big difference. When it’s something you need for your pets, you just expect clearer communication

I ordered a few fish and was really hoping they’d arrive healthy, but that wasn’t the case. Two of them already looked weak in the bag, and one ended up dying the next morning. The water also had a strange smell, which made me feel like something was off from the start. I reached out by email, but the response wasn’t very helpful. Maybe I just had bad luck, but compared to what I expected, this was a disappointing experience and I don’t think I’d risk buying livestock here again

I kind of panicked for a second when I saw one of the bags was a little low on water, but the fish showed up alive and looking healthy. The live arrival guarantee definitely made me feel better while I was waiting, and it ended up working out just fine.

The box showed up really crushed, which was a little disappointing. It’s hard to describe exactly, but it just looked like it had been handled badly during shipping

Delivery was fine, so I’m giving it 2 stars for that, but I wouldn’t buy it again without asking support first. I just don’t want to deal with guessing from unclear info and then finding out later that the details weren’t quite right.

I put them straight into my tank and they settled in quickly, so they must’ve been handled well before they got to me. Definitely happy with the order.

I was pleasantly surprised by the prices here. They felt fair for what you actually get, and the overall value was solid. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but i’d be happy to buy again.

I bought a filter and heater from oasisaquashop.com a few weeks ago, and both have been working fine so far. Delivery was alright too. The box had a small dent when it showed up, but nothing inside was damaged and the equipment runs like it should.

I sent the return back and got my money back really quick. went smoother than I expcted, so no complaints from me

I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly!!! The reply was easy to understand and they helped get everything sorted without making it a big hassle!!! I did have to wait a little bit for a follow-up, but the service was still really good overall!!! I’d definitely use them again!!!

They did eventually fix my order, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it took way too many messages back and forth. Maybe I’m being picky, but it felt like something that should’ve been handled a lot faster.
