I ordered a few fish and was really hoping they’d arrive healthy, but that wasn’t the case. Two of them already looked weak in the bag, and one ended up dying the next morning. The water also had a strange smell, which made me feel like something was off from the start. I reached out by email, but the response wasn’t very helpful. Maybe I just had bad luck, but compared to what I expected, this was a disappointing experience and I don’t think I’d risk buying livestock here again

I kind of panicked for a second when I saw one of the bags was a little low on water, but the fish showed up alive and looking healthy. The live arrival guarantee definitely made me feel better while I was waiting, and it ended up working out just fine.

"Info wasn’t accurate enough"
I ordered this filter because the listing said it would fit my tank size, but when it showed up, the specs on the box were different. It wasn’t wildly off, but it was off enough to be annoying, and that’s the main issue, the info just wasn’t accurate enough.
The photos also made it seem like a few extra parts came with it, but they weren’t in the box. Maybe I misunderstood something, but again, the listing just wasn’t clear. The description needs to be clearer because I kept running into the same problem: what I thought I was buying didn’t really match what arrived.

Delivery was fine, so I’m giving it 2 stars for that, but I wouldn’t buy it again without asking support first. I just don’t want to deal with guessing from unclear info and then finding out later that the details weren’t quite right.

"Good advice when I needed it"
I ordered a few aquarium bits from Oasis Aqualounge because I needed some stuff for my tank, and I also had a question about which filter media would actually suit my setup. I was a bit unsure, so I appreciated that the staff seemed to know their stuff and explained it in a way that made sense to me without making me feel awkward for asking.
Delivery was okay, not amazingly quick, but everything arrived packed properly and in good condition. I’m taking one star off because I did have to wait a little while for a reply, which was slightly annoying for me, but once they got back to me the advice was genuinely helpful. I’d probably use them again.

I ordered a few aquarium plants and, they looked better than I was expecting when they arrived. Everything was green and fresh with no melting, and the roots looked solid too. I put them straight into my tank and they settled in quickly, so they must’ve been handled well before they got to me. Definitely happy with the order.

I ordered a few aquarium bits from Oasis Aqualounge and everything turned up exactly as I’d picked it. No missing items, the sizes were right, and the brands matched what was shown on the order page, which is all I was hoping for. It sounds basic, but you notice when it doesn’t happen! Everything was packed fine too, no drama there. Happy with the order and I’d use them again.

They did eventually fix my order, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it took way too many messages back and forth. Maybe I’m being picky, but it felt like something that should’ve been handled a lot faster.
